Boil milk and leave to cool In a pan heat banaspati and add cloves and cardamoms.
After 2 minutes fry Phool Vermicelli and take it out In the same banaspati fry the nuts and then add milk.
When milk starts to boil add vermicelli and sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and then serve.
