- Fry thinly sliced onions in ghee/oil in a sauce pan until light brown.
- Add meat/chicken and fry until roasted. Add about one cup of water, yogurt and Phool Quorma Masala into the sauce pan and let it cook until the water is almost evaporated.
- Now add the rest of water & cove the pan with the lid & leave the sauce pan on a low flame till the meat/chicken is soften.
- The delicious dish of Quorma is ready
